What we do
This service enables elderly or vulnerable people to stay living in their own homes, by linking them up with the call centre at the touch of a button
If, for example a person has a fall, a smoke alarm is triggered, or the room temperature drops below a safe level, sensors immediately inform the call centre adviser, who will first contact the person (just in case it is a false alam), then if necessary inform a named carer.
